My name is Cajetan Anthony Pereira, I was born in Oman and brought up in Goa, India. I joined Alpine Canter’s Pre-Embarkation program for two weeks.

During this course I gained much more knowledge about my job and communication skills, how to face the interview, how to be confident and speak in a clear tone of voice. I was given lessons on personality development which helped me immensely as I was able to overcome my shyness, here I learnt some of the things which I had not learnt before. The trainers were excellent and quite interesting, I loved the topics and their procedures and the way it was explained.

. The management at Alpine Center were very helpful and they assisted me well for my interview and thanks to them I got my big break in my career to work for Hilton group of Hotels in the UAE. My memories at Alpine Center will remain with me for a long time. I thank each and everyone at Alpine Center who supported me and guided me through my course. I shall miss them all and I wish them all the best.

My name is Samuel Domingo and I am a student of Alpine Center for the 10 weeks Cruise Ship Hotel Operations Management program.

I Thank Alpine Center and especially to Madame Christine that I got a job as Chef at the world’s most popular amusement theme park The Ferrari World at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Alpine Center is a great place to study at, it has helped me to build up my career, as well as have a international experience of learning. I have understood different ethics and learnt about personality development, interview skills from well trained and experienced trainers.

I really love the campus which is situated at the green and beautiful village of Utorda, in Goa. I shall recommend my friends in Kolkata to join and experience the joy of learning at Alpine Center, Goa, India.

My name is Supreet Paul and I have done my 10 weeks Cruise Ship Operations Management course at Alpine Center, Goa, India.

It is always sad when a student is leaving, no matter how happy we are for their placements! They come for their studies, you get to know them and suddenly it's time for them to leave.... Abraham, we will miss you! All the best for your future career, don't forget us and please come back to visit us!

I am grateful that I have been a part at Alpine and I could never have asked for a better institute than Alpine Center to start up my career in the Hospitality Industry. Alpine Center has given me everything that I could have asked for.
They have guided and molded me in such a way that within the short time span of 6 months course I have gained so much knowledge and confidence that now I can cop up or handle any situation at any given time, let it be personal or professional. There has been a drastic change in my personality if I look back from the day I got into the college till date.

“decided to go into the culinary industry in the last year of high school. After living in Hong Kong for so many years, I decided study abroad. Luckily, my mother has a friend whose son studied at Alpine two years ago. That’s how I learnt about this college. As soon as I came here, I was delighted to learn that most of the people's first language is not English, and I feel safer already to be here. The faculty and students are very nice. I’ve loved my time here in Alpine. The course subjects were very interesting, specific in their aims and broad in their teaching. Assimilating into a new culture and environment was as fun and rewarding as the academic work was challenging.”

“The student formula (ALPINE= Professionalism + Education + Personality). Once you have this formula the world is yours. Kyembe Kapumba, Zambia I had some concerns about going ‘back to school’ as a mature student after several years of being self-employed. But at Alpine I needn’t have worried. I soon felt part of a large and happy family. Now, in my second term, I’m looking forward to working in the kitchens of the Olympic Village this summer, and I already have several ‘irons in the fire’ for when I graduate from Alpine next year.”

April Hardy, England

“I was a direct entry student at Alpine and one of the biggest surprises in the course--apart from the many different nationalities studying and teaching at Alpine--was the large amount of individual research you have to carry out guided by the continual and encouraging attention you receive from the tutors. I found this very worthwhile as I didn’t want to sit in a lecture room all day!”

Mohammad Abdo, Jordan
