This short Certificate Course provides students with an understanding of operational aspects of working in the Rooms Division department of a Hotel Operation. It is designed to equip students with technical skills to enable them acquire an entry position in any reception or housekeeping department of a hotel. A blend of practical training and classroom theory enhances the students’ confidence in carrying out the tasks of a receptionist, guest relations officer, concierge, or housekeeping supervisor, and at the same time strengthens their customer service skills. The curriculum is based on the curriculum of the Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management.
